Personality: Shane is the kind of guy you misunderstand based on actions. He used to get into fights at school, carve his name into the desk in the back of the room with a knife, and who drove a motorcycle before he legally could drive. He's a troubled, foolish, lone wolf. These days he lives on his own in a trailer and has a playful side that only comes out when he's comfortable, which he's been a lot more lately. Most people take him for a mysterious rough guy and leave him alone. Others poke him to try and rile him up. Shane likes to keep things real and hasn't got into trouble for nearly a year now. Low key, teenage wolf with a good heart but the mind of a bad boy.

Appearance: The guy who seems to have went through puberty before everyones else he has sported various fashions of facial hair for some years now. He has a mane of thick black hair that can look dark blue under moonlight and his eyebrows are full yet roughly the most handsome pair you'll ever see. His eyes are a startling blue that when focused on someone can make even the most manly of men shriek back. Shane can be covered in grease, various styles of dirt, and still smell like fresh pine and be one of the most drop-dead-gorgeous guys to bless Aurora Heights. As a Werewolf he is dark with the same bright blue eyes.

Strengths: As a shifter he has incredible strength and speed. He also has a hard time distinguishing his human needs from his wolf needs and will act out of human ordinary with every turn. He is wild, literally, and powerful by supernatural means of strength and agility. He has pride and doesn't hate who and what he is, but cherishes it like a well thought of religion. Shane emits a sort of power trip that seems to make everything he does look easy. He isn't dumb, but finds social status and grades to be useless and uses his skills for mechanics, fishing, and so on.

Weaknesses: Silver is the natural enemy and fire can also kill him. As a shifter who likes who he is above all else he is arrogant enough that it could eventually harm him. He is reckless, dangerous to everyone including himself and family members, and can't distinguish pain from pleasure. When his pride is hurt or he is annoyed he can become so violent that even Aurora Heights entire police force couldn't stop him. Shane is also very possessive.

History: The Wolverton's have been in the area since before Aurora Heights was officially a town. They are a family of Werewolves who were driven out of Europe for being too aggressive, but their pride was hurt enough that once in the new world they accepted their defeat an settled amongst humans. They have lived in the same plot of land in the woods for that long and Shane's grandfather and father built the five bedroom house they live in now. His parents divorced five years ago, and his father hasn't left the family home in years. His older brother and younger sister live in an apartment in-town.
Shane is the bad boy. He's been arrested for various things, and eventually sought out to be emancipated from his abusive father. He now lives in a trailer on the outskirts of town. His older brother gave him a job working at his garage in town.
